Study Opportunities:

The ICM (Africa) offers a study direction to all credit staff. The following skills-based courses are offered through colleges and trainers accredited by this Institute:

** Effective Credit Control - a two-day practical course;
** Practical Collection Techniques - presented as either a one-day or a two-day course;
** Telephone Collection Techniques - a comprehensive on-day course;
** Legal Aspects of Debt Collection - a practical two-day course;
and many other one or two-day courses.

The Institute also arranges and facilitates in-house courses structured to the needs and requirements of specific business organisations throughout Africa.

Academic Courses
The institute offers the following academic courses:

Certificate in Credit Management
This course is offered in Three Parts, each part being presented over one semester, from January to June or from July to November each year, with international examinations written in May or November each year.

Diploma in Credit management
After successfully completing the Certificate in Credit Management, learners may study towards the International Diploma in Credit Management.
